Pre-Orders
All pre-order items are made exclusively for you. When you place a pre-order, you are securing your luxury wig in advance. Each unit is custom processed and takes up to 10 business days before shipping. Please note that payment is collected at checkout to begin production. Once your wig is ready, it will ship with free, fast delivery from our door to yours.
Because each piece is made-to-order, pre-orders are final sale and cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded once processing begins. Luxury takes time—we don’t rush perfection.
Processing Time
Each wig is custom-made to order to ensure the finest craftsmanship.
- Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for your unit to be created.
- Once completed, your order will ship express from our atelier to us for final quality inspection.
- After passing inspection, your order will be shipped directly to you via complimentary insured express shipping with signature confirmation.
Shipping & Delivery
- All wigs are shipped express, insured, and require signature at delivery for your protection.
- We ship Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
- Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days depending on location.
- Please note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. Akala Giselle Collection is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
All shipments are insured and require a signature. Once your order is scanned as “delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. In the rare case of an issue, we will provide you with delivery confirmation details, tracking information, and carrier contact to assist in resolving the matter.
RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
At Akala Giselle Collection, each wig is crafted with the utmost care and precision. Due to the nature of our products and health regulations, all sales are final.
- Returns & Refunds: We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once an order has been placed.
- Cancellations: Because all units are custom-made, orders cannot be canceled once placed.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt, before the unit is altered, installed, colored, or worn. Our team will carefully review and advise on the next steps.
- Care & Alterations: Any wig that has been altered (cut, colored, bleached, installed, or otherwise modified) is considered accepted and no longer eligible for review or claim.
